Educational Qualifications
Professor (Law)
Ph.D. in Law along with published work of high quality; with a minimum of ten publications ; a minimum of ten years of experience in University/ College.
IPR Chair Professor
Ph.D. in Law along with published work of high quality in the area of Intellectual Property Law; with a minimum of ten publications; a minimum of ten years of experience in University/ College.
Assistant Professor (Law)
Master’s degree (Law) from an Indian University or, an equivalent degree from a foreign university. Candidates should also have cleared the NET for lecturers conducted by the UGC, or similar test accredited by the UGC or Ph.D in Law as per UGC guidelines.
