Educational Qualifications
|
Degree in Arts or Science or Commerce and Degree or Diploma in Industrial
Relations & Personal Management or Personal Management &
Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare/ Labour Law or M.B.A (with
specialisation in H.R.D) or Human Resource Management. Must have passed Odia
equivalent to M.E standard

Age as on 01.01.2015

Minimum: 21 years, Maximum: 32 years
Note: Upper Age Limit relaxed by 05 years for SC/ST/SEBC/ Women and by
10 years for PwD

Selection Procedure

Through Written Test and Viva Voce Test. Candidates who qualify in Written Test will
be called for Viva Voce Test.
