With
the Chief Minister of Telangana, Sri. K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s approval for the
release of Job Notification for the vacancies in various Govt Departments in the State of Telangana on 25th July, 2015 there seems to be a respite
for all the educated unemployed youth of the state of Telangana.
The
Chief Minister of Telangana, Sri. K.Chandrasekhar Rao, in principle has approved
the Job Notifications to fill up 15,000 vacancies in 15 departments in the
state. This is good news for the people
of Telangana who have been desperately waiting for the Govt jobs since long. This
will be the first job notification by Telangana Govt after the creation of new
state. The Upper age limit has been
increased by 10 years i.e. from 34 years to 44 years to compensate for the
delay in the release of the notification.
In the
first phase vacancies in the Horticulture,
Agriculture, Municipal Administration, Police And Fire Services, Roads &
Buildings, Excise, Commercial Taxes, GHMC, Stamps & Revenue, Panchayat Raj
and Rural Water Supply departments will be filled up.
The Break-up of the Job Vacancies and Departments
are given below:
8,000
vacancies in the Police Department
2,681 vacancies in the Power Utilities, and
4,300 vacancies in the remaining departments
The recruitment process in all departments except
Police and Power Utilities would be taken up by the Telangana State Public
Service Commission (TSPSC).
